Why did we create this website? We had difficulty finding smaller local businesses when we were looking for them to take care of our needed repairs at home. We decided to build this marketplace to create an online home for small businesses so that customers know where to find them when they need them.
We welcome all business owners and budding entrepreneurs to join us to take advantage of our escrow e-payment, online booking system, gain more online visibility, and make it easier for customers to find you (relentless postings in online groups and paying Yelp and FB are no longer your only options). We list all types of services from general labor to professional services, offline or online.

No, we don't. We don't see nor store payment/bank information, date of birth, and/or social security numbers. All financial transactions and information are being handled securely, in real time, and directly by Stripe.
With Fabneighbor, you may start your gig right away and we offer more than payment services. Getting a payment processor will still require that you to create a website.
There is an 8% fee for the e-payments made through us. Other marketplaces similar to ours charge 15% or more. 5% of the fee will be donated to benefit veterans.
